Sentient Vibes : DIY Sailor Moon Notebook

As we approach the end of summer many of us are off to go buy new stationeries. So why not glam up your ordinary college-ruled notebook with a cute Sailor Moon design.

Note ♥: I'm not a very good painter nor do you have to be a pro, but the key is trying your best and not discouraging yourself from trying even if it isn't perfect. You may not be good at something now but with practice you always have potential to get better!

What you will need:

Lavender Paper
Notebook
2 pencils
A normal eraser
An X-acto knife
pink, white, yellow acrylic paint
glue stick

Step One

Draw an outline of the bunny design onto the eraser. It will serve as the outline when you are cutting the eraser into the shape of the bunny.

With your X-acto knife cut around the area of the eraser. It will serve as a stamp for the bunny design of the notebook. To have identical looking bunny patterns for the cover. Remember it doesn’t have to be exact!

Step 2

Using your made bunny stamp dip it into the white paint and press it onto the lavender paper. You can always do a test stamp before actually using it on your paper to make any changes with the shape of your bunny.

Don’t be afraid to get funky with the placement!

Step 3

Using one of your pencils, cut out a crescent moon using the top of the eraser with your X-acto knife. This will be used as your crescent moon stamp.

After cutting out the shape of the crescent moon on your eraser, dip it onto your yellow acrylic paint and dab it around the empty spaces of the cover.

Step 4

Lastly with your second pencil top eraser, make an outline of a star. Using the X-acto knife you will cut out the outer parts of the star to make a stamp.
